Though in case you would like to make them even tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me if you consume them), but I have to mention one more awesome thing about these cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, once I had had the very first I finished the rest within an hour.

They're perfect for hiking trips or other occasions where you want a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep these as a fast snack in my backpack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No image source eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats such as. Not merely do they reduce your cholesterol levels which then helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

These nutrients contain manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller

Same with bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not only because they have an adequate number of good carbohydrates but for being the huge players at the potassium game.

If you do not have that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )

To create the cookie shape just grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking dish like I did in the photograph above. It is super fast and effortless.
